We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from BumbleberryGifts.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery, with the exception of shoes which are must be returned within 365 days after delivery, for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling or other additional charges. The item must be returned in the condition you received them, in original boxes and/or packaging, and all parts and accessories must be included to ensure full credit. Return shipping is absolutely free for all shoes, or defective products*. We will provide you with a pre-paid UPS domestic or USPS domestic label to return the purchase to us.** All return Items should be addressed to: 897 Zion Park Blvd. Sprindale, UT. 84767 Return Rules and Restrictions: Shoes must be returned within 365 days of delivery, all other items must be returned within 30 days of purchasing. Shipping and handling costs and other additional charges are non-refundable. We will not accept CODs or third party billing for returned merchandise. If there is extensive damage to an item upon delivery, call a Customer Care Representative immediately at 435-772-3224 Ext. 350. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 10-15 days of our receiving your returned product. If you choose to return your online purchase to our retail store, you must present the original packing slip, Ship Confirmation e-mail or your online purchase receipt displayed during Checkout. Without a receipt of any kind, you will not be issued a refund. Shipping Methods and Costs: You will be presented with a choice of shipping method, cost of shipping, and Estimated Dilevery Date on the first page of the checkout procedure. Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2-10 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States Depending on the item(s) you purchase and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order. At Checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). (Please note that some items may offer only one shipping method.) Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during Checkout prior to the completion of your order. Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the weight of the total order. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart.
